Baptismal Seminar Dates

 In keeping with the new Policy on Infant Baptism in the Archdiocese of New Orleans, St. Anthony and the surrounding parishes are pleased to offer Baptismal Preparation for first time parents and godparents:

 April 20th: St. Anthony of Padua-2:00 pm.in the C.A. Building

Any parents seeking the Sacrament of Baptism for their child should contact their parish’s office to discuss further requirements and to set up a meeting with their pastor.

A LENTEN RETREAT IN DAILY LIFE MAY BE FOR YOU
 Where: Archdiocesan Spirituality Center, 2501 Maine Avenue, Metairie
  Opening Session: Sunday, March 9, 2014 2-4pm (Group Experience)
  Closing Session: Thursday, April 10, 2014, , 2013 7-8:30pm (Group Experience)
  Personal prayer with Scripture for approximately 30 minutes a day
  Weekly private guidance by certified, experienced spiritual directors.
Please register by March 5, 2014 as enrollment is limited to the availability of spiritual directors.

Please carefully read the cover these guidelines, which can be found in the back of church, before turning in your 2014 Mass Intention Requests. Please call Melanie in the office with any questions.

St. Anthony Catholic Kiddies Play Group

Play group meets Fridays from 10:00 a.m.-noon. All mom/dads/caregivers with young children are invited to attend. We have snacks to share and lots of toys for the kids to play with. Come join us to socialize and meet other Catholic moms, dads, and caregivers of young children in our area. Please share this with others you know who may be interested!

 *Parents/caregivers must stay with their children.
